Drove 2 hours for an appt on NYE and ended up waiting for over 2 hours to get to the back to even see the doctor. We have been coming here for years and this was a ridiculous wait time. Would have appreciated the option of scheduling another day if they were going to try and triple book patients.
First off office staff is very friendly but they are not the ones I am needing help from. Dr. Rogers is a joke. She is not personable at all and didn't even introduce herself to me or speak to me upon entering the room. She immediately started typing away with her back toward us. She asked my daughter limited questions and didn't speak to me. Then she told us to take a packet to the teachers to get their input. Dr Rogers is known throughout the foster community as the go to Dr. Who knows what she is talking about.
