Property management finally reached back out to me. $130 was because the back room “still needed cleaning”. I was charged extra for the living room blinds stating the slates were broken. Then I was told that at least she kept the condition of the walls out because it’s a grand to paint the walls. I hand washed the walls and they were left in the same condition given to me. Bug infestation
Got approved for an apartment from them and sent in all paperwork/info needed. Checked multiple times everything was set and was told we were good to go. Waited the two weeks it was supposed to take for our income verification to go through only to be told it was never sent in to the boss. Received no apology just said we could resend the paperwork if we still wanted to move in. It is the end of November and we wouldn’t have time to beat the bad snowstorms if we waited any longer.
