The person showing me the apartment said it was available, I applied online within an hour. Eight days later I called to inquire about the status. The response was "I'm sorry I have been busy I haven't processed it yet." Wonderful. I call back a few days later "I'm sorry that apartment had already been rented when I showed it and I wasn't aware." Wonderful. I asked for a refund for the application and they said no. Love living here! The current manager is amazing and super helpful. He truly cares about his tenants and people in general. The previous manager did the bare minimum (sometimes less) but after hiring Eric, our experience here has been so much better. Thank you!!
I just called to find out more about the rent/area and whoever answered was extremely rude. First impressions are everything and this place didn't even leave a good impression through the phone. Definitely will not be pursuing this place
Great place to live. The complex is quiet, well maintained, clean and friendly. The manager is extremely helpful and quick to respond. He even went out of his way to put a package inside my apartment while I was out of town.
