Zero empathy from Kristen Jessen. I had a problem with my condition and she was completely deadpan while I was crying, and asking for advice.

Just got off the phone with my husband, who was in tears over the way his neurologist had just treated him. Shame on you all for treating your patients like they don't matter. They are people. I am making him change doctors, facilities even. I don't even want to be in the same building as his horrid doctor Jessen.
