Our carpenter ants are completely gone! We hired another company and they came more than once. Instead of decreasing, the ants increased. That company could not fix our problem. They just made it worse and they were extremely difficult to deal with. We fired them and hired Palouse Empire Pest Control. Wow! What a difference. Brad came and answered all our questions. I called Palouse Empire Pest Control because I had large quantities of mouse droppings in my farm shop, but I was unable to catch the mice. Brad came out and instantly recognized that my problem was BATS not mice, despite my protestations that there were NEVER any bats in my shop. I filled a couple of small gaps near the eaves, and the problem disappeared. Thanks Brad, you nailed it!!! Wish I had called sooner!!!
