If i could rate as a negative I would. They are horrible. My son and 5 friends rented a 6 bedroom house. The condition of it at move in was appalling. Not cleaned in any way and clearly no one at DRA ever laid eyes on the property in between tenants. Holes in the walls, flooring that was 15+ years old easily and not maintained, cobwebs, dead mice, mice droppings, no working smoke alarms. Sagging ceiling in one of the rooms. Staff is so rude. Especially the front desk lady. When we moved in we had a few payments online that got flagged for fraud by our banks and it locked us out of where we have to pay online. We asked them if they could fix it and they refused. We were force to pay in person the entire year. We contacted the 3rd party on how to get our accounts unlocked and all they said was that the DRA just had to call and ask. Lazy people and move out fines are ridiculous.
Very rude
I called and a lady set up a time for me to view an apartment. I show up to the apartment at the time she set ( 7 am) to not only be stood up but when I call the office they tell me that it’s already been rented out?? Highly unprofessional and unorganized people.
