Went in to sign this year's lease. It was quick and ready, I called in beforehand. Friendly staff. But perhaps they need better computer skills.
The worst company to rent from, absolutely don’t do it.
Not too many complaints besides pretty slow processes for getting maintenance done on my apartment. Overhead light and one of the spotlights was never fixed even with continuous requests to get it fixed. Front staff did not know what was going on half of the time. John was by far the most helpful staff there.
*** DON'T LEASE ANY PROPRETY FROM THEM *** Worst experience ever of my life. Highly unprofessional and rude. Never showed on time whenever called for the repair. They charged me $300 for subleasing and never put an effort to find the new tenant. I sent a couple of guys who are interested to take over the lease, but DRA guys never answered their questions. (I have to pay the rent for the 6 months, even though I moved out of the apartment) They never returned the deposit and charged me $300 when I left the apartment. Before le... read more
