Money grabbers . Poor property management . Bad communication
Hey DRA so I’ve seen and heard of how poorly you treat your renters, lots of Bs not written in the lease, properties in unlivable condition. I’m surprised it hasn’t gotten the attention of other legal professionals how many “Evictions” are given to renters who pay on time or how disorganized you are. And why are you ignoring the court's ruling to pay the refunded amount plus attorney's fees, which is now over $20,000 to that past renter that won their court case against you? how on earth in 2024 does this level of slum lordery exist. The building should be condemned! There is a pile of trash sitting on the driveway from the previous tenants that should have been picked up months ago. The lack of responsiveness unprecedented. No email, no phone answered. Just wow!
This review is for Steve the maintenance guy ONLY. He has consistently gone above and beyond for the properties he has worked for. I have had multiple times where I needed something fixed or had an issue and contacted him directly. He came to the house within 10 minutes to help with the issue EVERY TIME!!! I had an issue and I forgot to turn in my modem back to spectrum but asked if he had seen it. He immediately replied and said he will check the house since no one was living there and it was there.
