Man, when I say it's always something, save your energy, money and time. It seems like you just can't get these folks to do too much more than show up and take your $$$. How dare they pretend to be housing folks, yet "first, last, deposit" then mid-October move in turns into late Oct. but you pay for the prorated month of Oct. + Nov. a whole month early, so that's first, 2nd, last and dep. for college kids, living off coffee-stop jobs. Fair warning: you will make your life difficult by renting here. We came back from break to find our door had been left unlocked after the DRA forced their way in for nearly the entire break. We also found we had no water. This lasted for a week. That means no shower, no toilet, no drinking/cooking water. They also forgot to pay our electricity bill so our power was randomly cut off one day, this lasted for 4 days. Horrible customer service, they will try to bill you for things that don’t make sense, DON’T PAY IT… we had our heating go out for the coldest 3 weeks of the year and they did absolutely nothing to expediate the process and then tried to make us pay for the higher heating bill because we had to use extra space heaters inside so our pipes wouldn’t freeze. OUR LIVING ROOM WAS LESS THAN 40 DEGREES FOR 3 WEEKS AND THEY TRIED TO MAKE US PAY MORE. absolutely awful, companies like this should be banned from the property management ... read more
If i could rate as a negative I would. They are horrible. My son and 5 friends rented a 6 bedroom house. The condition of it at move in was appalling. Not cleaned in any way and clearly no one at DRA ever laid eyes on the property in between tenants. Holes in the walls, flooring that was 15+ years old easily and not maintained, cobwebs, dead mice, mice droppings, no working smoke alarms. Sagging ceiling in one of the rooms.
