IF YOU ARE LGBTQ+ NON WHITE OR NOT A CITIZEN DO NOT RENT HERE you will not be safe! They illegally changed lease terms mid lease, they actively worked with the building owner to harass us out of our unit and knowingly lied on the move out inspection to withhold deposit.
This is hands down the worst place to rent from in Pullman. The prices may seem cheap at first, but every single property I’ve seen is old, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. It feels like they do the bare minimum to prepare units while still expecting full rent. They will take your money, and the quality and service you receive in return is unacceptable. Went in to sign this year's lease. It was quick and ready, I called in beforehand. Friendly staff. But perhaps they need better computer skills.
