They don't care about their tenants rights WHATSOEVER. Do not sign with DRA
If you want a response you have to arrive at their office in Pullman. I got great service face to face. Not over the phone!
Do not under any circumstances rent from DRA. They will try to break the law to change the lease and are not up to date on tenant rights. If you rent from them KNOW YOUR RIGHTS and THREATEN LEGAL ACTION!!! That was the only way my partner and I could get through to them, and even still, their replies were slow and passive aggressive. IF YOU ARE LGBTQ+ NON WHITE OR NOT A CITIZEN DO NOT RENT HERE you will not be safe! They illegally changed lease terms mid lease, they actively worked with the building owner to harass us out of our unit and knowingly lied on the move out inspection to withhold deposit.
