Palosha Ahmed is rude and arrogant. Her mannerism is just horrible. She degrades you if you have HMO. She wants you in and out in 10 minutes. The front desk people are rude as well. Over the phone and in person. Unbelievable. Have been going there for 14 years and just finally changed my group. Doctors Scholl is wonderful. So sad that she is at that location with miserable people.
Dr. Ahmed is amazing! The front desk woman has been unpleasant to work with twice now.
Dr. Ahmed is great! I used to see another doctor in the group (they are all very good, in my opinion), but that doc tended to be booked more so I started going to Dr. Ahmed. She is knowledgeable, has good bedside manner, and makes sure you are comfortable with your treatment plan.
The doctors here are amazing. However, the front desk staff is rude and won’t listen to anything you have to say. I called today to schedule an appointment for tom as I have the flu and am very sick. I was told Saturday appointment are for sick patients only before even explaining that I have the flu. For such great doctors you think they would go the extra mile to ensure their staff is helpful and friendly. I would recommend finding another Amita location to visit.
