Doctor Montwill is a welcoming professional. However, his secretary is outdated and overwhelmed. I spent hours because of double bookings waiting to get an eye exam, one afternoon. I spent another month having phone calls ignored by the secretary failing to fulfill an order never placed due to negligence. I was only able to speak with the secretary by calling off an unfamiliar phone number to her. I have never seen such childish, clown behavior. We used to get are motorcycle prescription done here. They did a nice job before . This last time the receptionist is very rude. Saying they can't do them.. Now I am try to get my husband glasses back. She Tells me to call. No one is there. She knew I was coming. Don't do business with them Anymore.
