Recently there had been new people coming in working on my sisters teeth with very rude service. Not nice how it used to be. I’m not sure if it is because they are new or because they are young. It used to be very nice service but recently it seems like nobody wants to do their job? Like it’s a bother that we are going to this location? I’m very glad it’s almost time for my sister to get her braces off. Get this fixed because it is a very nice building but bad ATMOSPHERE again “RECENTLY”!

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I got a tooth bonding done by them that only lasted 4 months. They told me insurance does not cover this type of procedure so I had to pay $375 fully out of pocket (this is important later). When I called to ask if they can redo it for free or at least give me a discount, they told me they don’t know and it’s entirely up to the doctor because a bonding can last between 2 days or 2 years (I was NEVER told this). I went back to get my bonding done again and not only did I have to wait 35... read more

I am using a throw away account to maintain my privacy. Everyone is very nice at this facility and it is decently clean but last time I went here, my son was crying and screaming. When we got back home he said he doesn't like the dentist and it hurt. He is now scared to go to the dentist. Dentist was kind but maybe not meant for pediatric. Also this dentist does not take any insurance which was not told to us until after the visit when it was time to pay.

I can’t recommend Dr. Andy and his team enough! I took my 4-year-old son there after visiting almost eight different pediatric dental clinics. Most places couldn’t even start the treatment because he doesn’t sit still and gets uncomfortable easily. But Alhamdulilah, Dr. Andy handled everything with so much confidence and calm. Even though my son wasn’t comfortable at first, the doctor worked so gently and patiently that we were finally able to complete the treatment he needed — and his pain is now gone. A huge thank you as w... read more
