Northwestern sucks! They will milk your insurance for all they can get. I spent over $30k in tests they still won’t treat the pain problem. I have to go to a undocumented pharmacy for pain relief.

We received a phone call just a few weeks before the appointment to find out that he no longer accepts new patients. She doesn't speak English and the translation service is not good. She was very happy to know that the doctor's office is very close to her house and he speaks Polish. It is business-like behavior, lacking kindness and understanding.
