I want to give a very special review for Dr. Gregory Ruzich, Aryelle Schicht, Andrea Jones, and Dr. Kristina Degesys, along with the nurses and staff who have been taking such wonderful care of me. I was sent to Northwestern Medicine in Orland Park and was skeptical driving there. Upon arriving, I was overwhelmed by its size. Finally, I made it inside and was immediately relieved by the staff's understanding and kindness. I quickly registered, and after a short wait, I was greeted by a nurse who escorted me to a room where I had my blood drawn and vital signs taken; then, I was escorted to the doctor's room and seen quickly.
