So disappointing.. Every saturday i bought flowers from this store for the church. Then suddenly, one day i purchased bunches of flowers and i paid. While they are packing my flowers, i requested if i could return the one bouquet.. And they refused because they dont do that. Only exchange. Huh? I havent yet got out from your store! Anyway, okay i understand. I didnt resist. Then i requested for a receipt. And they refused again! They will only give one if ill pay tax to them. Am i going to pay again??!!
