Do not move here and do not do business with Greystar. We lived in green river for over 2 years. The community pool was under construction the entire time. They charge you for permit parking even though it is a gated community and then they tow your car (now illegal). They charge you for valet waste which is a waste of money. They charge you for shared water, electricity and sewer in the utilities bill so you as the resident have to pay for them to water the grass leave lights and tvs on in the office when no one is there an... read more
Still no showers available in the Gyms after 3 years!! Just needs to be tiled but some people can't figure that out. Such a simple thing that Katina Croghan can't get done.
