About this business

Located inside the City Centre building, this elegant bistro has rose-colored blown glass covering its walls and ceiling. Patrons dine in the sometimes noisy lounge or get a quick meal in the cafe area. The area across the escalator is better suited to formal lunches and dinners. The specialty is wood-oven roasting. The menu offers lamb shank, paella and oven-roasted jumbo prawns. Also try the gourmet pizzas or a Chop Chop Salad. For dessert enjoy traditional tiramisu, white chocolate ice cream or pear bread pudding.

Wonderful place to eat! – I have been going to Palomino's for 10 years at least and they have never once disappointed me. Great food! It can be a little loud and really isn't a romantic place but if you want exceptional food and great service, this is the place to go in downtown Seattle!

Always a good time. excellent service and food – My friends and I always enjoy ourselves at Palomino. The service is great, as is the food. It's easy to find a favorite on the menu (everyone likes something different). The management staff is there and will do anything to ensure a you enjoy yourself! This is a great place to gather friends, family, business associates or even to take a date (if you request a booth). Overall an excellent spot downtown. Oh, and they validate parking in the evenings so it's free!

I would not recommend this place. – This mall-restaurant is short on ambiance. The best seats in the house have a view of the ground floor of the mall. When I ordered the SALMON entree special, I was asked whether I wanted a chopped or caesar salad. I ordered the, "chopped" salad, assuming that it was included with the entree. It wasn't, and it arrived topped with meats that I don't eat and didn't expect. Then, my entree arrived: the haibut (!) The waitress noticed the mistake and offerred me some soup. On the house. Nice to... read more

Excellent Food! – My husband and I went to this place two nights in a row, it was amazing food, specially the BLT salad, both nights I had the exact same thing. The BLT salad with blue cheese and the seafood fettuchini, ARE TOO DIE FOR! We even emailed the restaurant for the recipes and they gladly emailed it to us. Would highly recommend this restaurant...***** stars! We will be visiting this restaurant every time we go to Seattle!

I love this place! – I have been to Palimino many times and have never been disappointed! I absolutely love their Oven Roasted Clams, Lobster Ravioli, Sausage Mushroom pizza and Ten Sage Martinis. The place is beautiful, the service is great and as always so is the food.

A great choice! – My wife and I enjoyed a very nice lunch here. First the service was first rate - very friendly, attentive, and professional even during a very busy lunchtime. We started with a lavender cosmo for my wife and a mojito for me. We have never had better - just perfect in flavor and presentation. We ordered the lobster ravioli and the scallops and were very pleased. The pasta were obviously fresh and homemade. The sauces light and flavorful. Portions were satisfying. They have a well chosen offering of wines by ... read more

Hotdogs at Cosco versus real food – So, if you read the review written before this one-someone stating they would rather be eating hotdogs at Cosco instead of eating at the Palomino? Yea, that one. Anyone who would rather eat at Cosco should definatly try to avoid any and all restaurants in the downtown Seattle area. Unless maybe if it has a drivethru. So, for the people who are interested in actually have an awesome meal-head straight to the Palomino! The pricing is moderate, if you prefer to spend less cash go for their wo... read more

Superb, everytime – I have been going to Palomino for years. It has consistantly had great food, service, and drinks. This is a great place to come if you would like to have a great meal with your family and/or friends in a casual yet elegant atmosphere. I would recommend the Chop salad as well as anything with their special Rotisserie chicken. Their martinis are heaven! Don't leave with out having a Ten Sage-take my word for it! (try the bar for martinis and appetizers as well)

Good Service, Just OK Food – It's easy to see why this place has thrived all these years. It is a chic, fun yet somewhat classy place to dine and talk. Noice level is rather high so it is ideal for group dinners or first dates. Food is really merely average and portions are not large. Service is ultra friendly and nice. But Palominos will continue to thrive with average food because it has strengths in other areas.
