The office of palmar, spine and pain are the nicest women and everything was so easy going and they were so helpful and doctor Fatuque explained everything so you could understand what's going on.
Polite Staff, Timely, considerate
I normally do not leave reviews but my experience at this office was very disappointing. The medical assistants were consistently rude and spoke to us with attitude, which made every visit uncomfortable. The doctor also showed very little empathy toward my mom and made her feel like her pain was her fault for not tolerating certain treatments. Dr. Farouk is an outstanding Dr. She is a compassionate professional and I would not consider another practitioner with my care. Extremely intelligent with a very strong caring personality makes her my go-to-choice for pain management! Highly recommended! Steve W.
