This place should honestly be given a ZERO STARS. You are telling me this is a place where people go who are struggling mentally and you just DONT GIVE THEM THEIR MEDS?! How is this not malpractice, how is this place allowed to be open?! This place is a disgrace and should not used at all.
Do not come here or send your loved ones here. I am bipolar and I voluntarily admitted myself for a manic episode and to be connected to a psychiatrist immediately. The psychiatrist wrote down a bunch of things in my file that were simply not true and once I entered the facility found it to be one co-ed room with beds lined up next to each other and zero privacy. don’t go here. the nurses treat you like trash and they just want your money and your insurance money. if you actually want help go to an actual program or something not here
Absolutely miserable experience from start to end thanks to the disrespectful nurses. I got in around 8pm and was immediately given attitude to upon arriving at the premise. The first person I came into contact with was extremely short with me and told me with some nice attitude that “There were patients ahead of me and it was going to be a while.” Then when asked how long it may be I was given a snappy “I don’t know just sit outside and wait” before he said good luck in a smart ass way then left for the shift change. This is an abysmal place to put someone with mental health issues. I was in here for less than 12 hours. Those poor patients. Nursing staff is pathetic. They forgot my medication 3 different times. I was stunned. Fortunately I was given my possessions on discharge but had to wait for a family member to pick me up. Now armed with my cellphone I took photos of the piss poor conditions.and confronted staff of their atrocious condition and treatment. Never go to this hospital. Pathetic.
