Called Palomar Water Company today because i got a new delivery truck from Ready Fresh parked in front of my house and Zephyrhills 4 -5gallons water delivered at my doorstep, what happened to our wonderful, friendly delivery guy? What happened to our Palomar water that we love so much? I called and Palomar was sold to Nestlé! Its called Ready Fresh, not even an email or a phone call to let us customers know the major change. Changed to Nestle purified water with no Heads up whatsoever. Very disappointed. Cancelled!
I loved the water, but Palomar Mountain was dishonest to the very end. I called in late December to increase # of bottles in my next delivery because the product was great, and even though I spoke to 2 people nobody bothered telling me that my account was sold to a giant competitor and that I won't be getting Palomar water anymore. Judging by other reviews here these guys ripped and ran without so much as a heads up to many loyal customers.
