I usually go to inexpensive barber shops for haircuts. I thought I'd give a student some experience with "59 +" year old man's hair which led me to Palomar. A well organized operation, I was promptly greeted by Kayauni(Kay-on-nee) and discussed what I desired. After a shampoo, an instructor came by and we all strategized an approach for the longest I've let my hair go since high school. I got my hair cut by Ariel on Tuesday night and she did an incredible job. I came in with photos of myself with the haircut before and she and her instructor, who supervised and helped when necessary, were able to replicate it. I am really happy with the results. It was also fascinating listening to the instructor explain the finer points of how to do the hair cut. I will be going back for color soon. I highly recommend giving this school a try!
