Impossible to get through to anyone or a patient calling this rehab center. Very frustrating to say the least about contacting a loved one.

My brother was transferred here after open heart surgery at Palomar Hospital. His experience was excellent (as was mine as his caregiver). The doctors, nurses and therapists are competent and caring. The facility is also in great shape: everything was well organized and super clean. In short, it’s 5 Star worthy. The only downside (and it’s not under PHG Rehab’s control) is parking in the adjacent garage is expensive and adds up especially after a lengthy hospital stay. Free parking is not easily accessible. I was a patient from 02May2025 to 07May2025. I would like to commend all the doctors, nurses, and staff who had a hand in caring for me. They were all caring people and conducted themselves in a highly professional manner.
