I was a patient here and had such an amazing experience. The staff are so dedicated and committed to seeing you get stronger and better each and everyday. The facility is beautiful and new. Every room has a window and feels calm and peaceful. I had Dr. Shah, and he was so supportive and communicative about my care. Kendra in PT is so positive and uplifting, and she got me walking again. It’s a fine program and facility. However when they cut you loose be prepared to do plenty of legwork on your own. As the institutions they tell you to call and schedule with are often the wrong ones for whatever reason. In my case I had to call around until I found the correct “home health “ establishment as it was not the brochure I had been given. I think otherwise I’ve been well covered. They are receptive to help when you invariably call back for something to get straightened out.

I can't say enough good stuff about this place. When I arrived I was in bad shape and could barely move my arm or leg at all without intense pain. It's been less than two weeks and the amount of mobility I have now is great. I also have a lot less pain and have now have the tools to keep healing up faster and stronger. I can't think of a single thing to complain about everyone here was wonderful. From Dr Shah and the other Drs to all the people here that helped me get better. My husband has been a patient at his facility twice. The level of care is outstanding. The facility is clean and well stocked with the type of equipment to assist rehabilitation for various injuries and health issues. The staff is wonderful. The doctors, (Shah and Dr. B) were caring, available and helped us feel we were always listened to answering all of our concerns. The nurses, and assistants were always there for us. The security guard is picking pumpkin seed shells out of his mouth and then writing our names on visitor badges and then handing us our badges with his spittle on them. GROSS! He was rude and aggressive about enforcing a two visitors only rule because we had several family members here to see my mom. But we saw other rooms with more than three visitors. The therapists however are top notch and did a fantastic job rehabilitating my mom!
