I was a patient from 02May2025 to 07May2025. I would like to commend all the doctors, nurses, and staff who had a hand in caring for me. They were all caring people and conducted themselves in a highly professional manner.

I'm giving a 5-star review for the actual rehab center where my son stayed for 1 week as the staff (PT) was exceptional! I want to speak about the billing dept, though, which I know is an offsite operation. In the past 3 days, I have left about 15 messages to 3 different voicemails and haven't received 1 call back. I am utterly disgusted and frustrated that they care so little about customer service that they can't take a few minutes to return a phone call. “When you can be anything…BE KIND” This statement reflects the culture that I experienced in my recent 9 day stay at Palomar Rehab. I was there after a 3 day hospital stay at Palomar Hospital to repair a broken hip incurred from a fall.. I was a patient here and had such an amazing experience. The staff are so dedicated and committed to seeing you get stronger and better each and everyday. The facility is beautiful and new. Every room has a window and feels calm and peaceful. I had Dr. Shah, and he was so supportive and communicative about my care. Kendra in PT is so positive and uplifting, and she got me walking again.
