Hydi is very rude and unprofessional. They just try and hurry up and get you off the phone. I told her she was giving horrible service and that she is rude her answer was it's ok. It's not ok to be rude and try and rush patients off the phone. Hydi doesn't belong in the health field. I can only imagine how many other patients she's rude to??? It must be ok for these type of foul people to represent polamar hospital. Hospital must be desperate.
