Maybe choose a different office. I was disarmed by how rude, short, and confrontational the receptionist and/or medical assistant was. It started when seemed to take issue for how I said I was there for a pre-employment urine sample, which was how it was stated on my form. She then proceeded to lecture me. However, the medical assistant in the back was kind and professional.

Absolutely appalled by this place. While I was working there, they gave me an MMR vaccine and DID NOT MAKE RECORD OF THE VACCINE. Fast forward to 3 years later, I need my MMR vaccination records for medical school and when I asked for them they said I need to drive to Corporate Health (which is 1 hour from my house) to sign a release form for my OWN HEALTH INFORMATION which I had done when I worked there. I borrowed a friend's car and made the trip and signed the form for the release. I was then told I had to wait 45 MINUTES... read more

The worst place I have ever been to. The staff members that I spoke to were extremely rude and unhelpful to help me when I was clearly confused and did not listen to a thing I had said. The level of unprofessionalism shown at this HOSPITAL.... far too much.
