My wife and I along with my mother in law have lived here for almost 6 months. We have never been happier. Great neighbors, the staff and maintenance team are extremely helpful and dedicated to serving.
I really enjoy coming here because everybody is so kind and the maintenance tech Sean is always there to assist me whenever I need it. He’s always kind friendly and he even has a sense humor 🥰
Shean the maintenance man def helped big time here and the only on here working overtime here!
Palomar is a great place to live. The apartment was clean and in excellent condition when I moved in and the office staff, Maria and Melanie have been very kind to me and answered all the questions I had. The people that live here seem very easy going and friendly so its been a pretty peaceful place to live. I chose Palomar because it was close to my job and have not regretted it at all, I highly recommend!
Genuinely so grateful for the front office ladies very helpful and maintenance group they have here.
