Paloma was very deceptive in dealing with, when we first hired her , we asked her, her charges and she agreed verbally to 2.5% for her and 2.5% for the buyer 's agent, the total is 5%, so we agreed. then she never discussed her charges any more, until the closing ,she surprised us with 6% charges, her action was immoral ,deceptive, and unacceptable.
