Monse who is the landlord is very rude. She does not respect her tenant’s at all. She’s cheap and doesn’t even clean her units for the next tenant but tries to charge the previous tenant a cleaning fee. Our apartment was dirty when we first arrived but we were in a rush moving so we didn’t have time to inform her, but we cleaned our place to almost perfection once we moved out even her workers told us that the unit couldn’t get any better than that. I recently moved out of my apartment here and I can’t even begin to say how amazing the owners of the complex are. If I ever had a question or a problem they always made time to make sure I was taken care of. Overall I really enjoyed the year I lived here.
SLUM LORDS DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Cedar Circle Property Liars and money hungry property. Evicted multiple families during pandemic. To office assistant Jordan is an evil woman who causes problems with Tenants in order to get them evicted when she claims they threatened them.
