I was told I had 10 cavities. I left to get three separate 2nd opinions and I had only 3 cavities. Not sure if their imaging was broke in Fall of 2019 but horrible experience.
She needs to make sure her office employees aren't making mistakes that has health and time costs to patients.
I was informed two hours before the appointment that I was out of network and the out-of-pocket cost would be $350. This was the one and only question I asked when I made the appointment a month ago, and I was told that I am within network. This is costing me so much in time and health.
I picked this dentist because it's in my neighborhood. I wish I could say what I thought of the actual dental services but I can't. I have now gone to two dental appointments here (in two weeks) where I had to leave because of dental insurance coverage issues, which the dental office discovered both times last minute while I was waiting in the dental chair to have my teeth cleaned. My husband, 4 years old son and I started going to Paloma dental when they opened, I think 2-3 years ago.. we were so happy until we noticed some black spots in 4 of my son’s molars and we asked at least a couple of times and Dr. Basset just told us they were stains and everything was fine.... a couple of months ago we asked again and she told us that they were stains and MAYBE one of them was a cavity.... we just went to a pediatric dentist and my son has 4 giant cavities. Dr. Bassett brought me a lot of healing from past dentist trauma, for which I am so grateful. She is smart, kind and definitely my number one choice of all time for my dentist.

Dr. Basset is the best dentist I’ve ever experienced. I struggle with a phobia and she was so helpful. The work she did was quick and painless. I’m so happy that we found Paloma and that my entire family is going there.
