I have lived here for 3 1/2 years. Apartments are clean and roomy. Some patios or balconies overlook a beautiful courtyard. In the spring you may hear the dove cooing. Grounds and hallways are very well kept up. Grounds are beautiful, calming, and peaceful. An inviting common area with lots of books. Different holidays we have a potluck. I applied called regularly, sent in my updated info as requested, left several messages, called several weeks later was told that my name was taken off the waiting list, I would need to reapply and start all over again, something is going on over there that doesn't seem right. Not professional, shady and biased.
My first visit to Paloma Del Mar to drop off an application was very good. They sent me an application via email immediately and everyone in the office was very polite, I couldn't of asked for a better experience!!!
