I used to be a loyal customer of Palolo Auto. Over the years I’ve spend thousands of dollars there and received good work with kind service from the workers. Everything was good until last year when I was having trouble with my car battery. I brought it in and asked them to check the battery, not replace it because I still had a warranty from another place. I can't recommend Palolo Auto Service enough. I brought my vehicle in for a brake replacement. J went above and beyond to explain the process and prices with me. The communication was great and the service was very friendly. The prices felt fair and transparent as well based on the service needed. Highly recommend Palolo Auto Service!
