Great customer service from Jacob. Friendly, transparent about pricing and part sourcing, and able to give me a discount on labor for doing a bunch of things at once. Plus he didn’t charge me extra for a diagnosis, as I had already paid another auto shop for that. Every other place was going to charge me for the extra inspection and did not offer any discounts on labor for getting multiple things done at once while the wheels are all off. These guys are awesome! Just got one of my tires plugged from them and was in & out in about 5 minutes! The price was was less than I thought it would be too. Overall great experience
