I am a long time patient and there’s a reason for that! The staff is quick, efficient, and professional. The only thing that would make it better would be same day appointments but other than that I cannot fault Palo Verde Family Care! Update I did just get a same day appointment so that’s wonderful!
I have been a patient with Palo Verde Family Care since 2007. I adore the staff they have always been so kind and welcoming. They actually care about their patients do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and welcomed!
I had a wonderful experience at Doctor Andrade office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The reception area was clean and well-organized, and I was seen promptly after completing my paperwork. Dr. Andrade was very professional, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire staff of Palo Verde Care is professional amd knowledgable The time I have been coming here, and the DR I see takes the time to listen and come up with plans on care needed, they dont rush your time with them, and they actually listen to what you have to say and no judgement is felt when discusssing issues. So thank you again Palo Verde Family Care for making the whole DR visit experience comfortable and not stressful.
