Im giving them a one star because i needed some help after hours and wanted the dr to call me but no call back. So I ended up at the er format problem. Last week I was not feeling well it all I called the office 3 times left one message and 2 messages with the office staff, oh and one with the back office. I not sure if I want to continue my services here because of this. It's now a week and half later and im feeling better but I never received any calls back. Palo Verde Cancer in Gilbert is great The staff are so caring and friendly.Ever team member is great. You can tell Dr Grover really cares about his patience . His is soft-spoken and such a gentleman. Explains things in away I can understand and accept even when the resluts are not what l want to hear. I live in Mesa and about 30 minuets fom the office. I could get a closer Dr but I like Dr Grover and all the office staff so the drive is well worth.

It would be better if we don’t have to do everything on line first before you get there. Some of the questions one can’t answer and the program won’t let you skip anything. I know that program is going to be much harder for older people who don’t have anyone to help them. I had a hard time getting into the system. Otherwise I was very happy with the service I received.
