It would be better if we don’t have to do everything on line first before you get there. Some of the questions one can’t answer and the program won’t let you skip anything. I know that program is going to be much harder for older people who don’t have anyone to help them. I had a hard time getting into the system. Otherwise I was very happy with the service I received.
Front office personnel was very helpful and the phlebotomist was great
