This place will take your life with zero care.
Last week I filled out an enormous amount of forms so that I could have my blood tested for a follow-up this week and when I showed up today they wanted me to fill out all those same forms again and it's not just a few questions it's over 100 questions. I'm going to your office so that you can do work for me not the other way around. There is no way I'm going to let someone as lazy as you monitor my cancer.
They could have killed me. Horrific place with unprofessional staff. I am trying to heal from severe anemia and low b12. While I was getting everything in order to get iron transfusions from this place I had several appointments to look over labs and get b12 shots. I was ordered to get a b12 shot once a week and when I went in for my routine b12 vitamin shot I was wrongfully injected with CANCER MEDICATION!!! I DO NOT AND NEVER HAVE HAD CANCER!!!!!
