Last week I filled out an enormous amount of forms so that I could have my blood tested for a follow-up this week and when I showed up today they wanted me to fill out all those same forms again and it's not just a few questions it's over 100 questions. I'm going to your office so that you can do work for me not the other way around. There is no way I'm going to let someone as lazy as you monitor my cancer.
They could have killed me. Horrific place with unprofessional staff. I am trying to heal from severe anemia and low b12. While I was getting everything in order to get iron transfusions from this place I had several appointments to look over labs and get b12 shots. I was ordered to get a b12 shot once a week and when I went in for my routine b12 vitamin shot I was wrongfully injected with CANCER MEDICATION!!! I DO NOT AND NEVER HAVE HAD CANCER!!!!! The policies here for payments, appointments, and patient handling are all very skewed away from patient care. They aren’t receptive to listening, require payment up front even before billing insurance, and will merely offer to “print the information” for you to review if you believe you’ve been overcharged, and everyone is stressed. It’s not a welcoming environment and it’s definitely not conducive to healing and hope. Gave 2 stars just for the chemo nurses who are obviously trying their best.
I appreciate the kindness of the staff. The new app is loathsome. It doesn’t allow you to skip things you can’t answer and I ended up making up dates because I didn’t know. And I was forced to make a choice about something I didn’t understand. Not user friendly and you will be stuck with inaccurate data as well as patients stuck with choices they don’t understand. I can see someone getting very upset and maybe starting a law suit due to this app’s problems and being forced to use it.
