I went to the bird show yesterday and what did I see? A well known and much respected DMV sitting at a booth ready to take questions for free! OMG, what a great thing for Dr. Babcock to do! I have an old Indian Riingneck parakeet with a foot problem and I don't believe she would do well travelling all the way from Buckeye to his office. Dr. Babcock was kind enough to listen to my presentation of her symptoms and make a much needed educated guess as to what may be wrong with her. Dr B is the only vet I'd take one of my parrots to. Dr B is so knowledgeable and experienced that he usually can tell me what is wrong with a parrot and fix it without extensive and expensive tests. He is up front about the prognosis and expense involved so I can make the best decision for the parrots I raise. If the treatment is one he can show me to do myself, he shows me. Your staff was so kind and patient with our dog. While it was not a serious problem as "dog parents" we appreciated the explanation and what options we had, and she is feeling much better today. We won't be going anywhere else if needed in the future!
Dr. Babcock & his staff were so kind & compassionate during a very painful time. Thank you all so much for being so sweet & gentle with our Libby girl! A big thank you for sending us her paw print! Also, most reasonable euthanasia price in town.
