Very disappointed with this facility. The system only showed a start time; after arriving shortly after that due to rush-hour traffic, entry was refused and the slot was given away. Attempts to reschedule were met with impatient staff and inconsistent availability estimates (weeks vs months). The lack of reasonable accommodation and poor attitude were unacceptable.
Today was my first Biopsy, They all have treated me so well. I'm grateful for the exceptional support that provided me , specially Miss Vianney , a exceptional girl , her genuine concern and support have meant a lot to me. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure my well-being. I appreciate all her hard work! Thank you so much Vianney!
I underwent a breast MRI in the Druker building on August 21 at 11:15am. The initial staff member who escorted me to the exam room was kind and considerate. However, I encountered a different experience with the technician, a young Asian woman with medium-length straight hair. While attempting to find a comfortable position on the table due to discomfort in my rib cage, She said repeatedly, "this has to be it, this has to be it". It was a horrible, unprofessional MAM experience. The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. She wouldn't answer my question about how long the wait would be and left while I was talking to her. She said I was late even though I verified with my phone text appointment and I was exactly on time. She let others get in front of me so I had to wait longer than expected . She said they may not take me at all. Then after waiting I was called into room and things got worse. Very unprofessional tech who kept grabbing my bad arm w... read more
