Roxy, who works in Prosthetics, is unprofessional and rude.
Best people I've ever met . Made me feel perfectly secure and showed me they were there to keep me safe. Everyone is in step with each other making sure the patient is getting the best care.
After calling to register everyday at various hours for 14 business days straight only to be hung up on or the call not answered I came to the facility. Been here 30 mins as a new patient and every person Ive encountered that works here has been rude. Makes a veteran want to avoid places like this.
It is Saturday July 25, 9:53AM I just tried calling 3 times, pressed '0' to speak to an operator, and was Hung Up on all 3 times!!! WHAT KIND OF MEDICAL FACILITY IS THIS?!?
If you're ever in need of medical attention always swing by VA ER in Palo Alto it's recommended not going2 the local urgent care facilities because of the billing and having difficulties getting such bills paid. Thank you4 your services ladies &gentlemen! 4th floor medical staff went above & beyond!! 🥰
