VDO guages, Veglia clock and Bosch fuel sending unit restored to Concours D'Elegance standards at a very reasonable price. I was literally awestruck with the pieces when they arrived. I had special requests as to exactly what I wanted done, (needles painted but patina on vintage faces preserved, etc.) and could not have been happier with the result. If your special order takes some time DO NOT dispair..This shop exceeds expectations.
I e-mailed Palo Alto speedometer to ask about repairs to some classic car instruments I have. Hartmut Mees, the owner, got back to me quickly with a diagnosis and an estimate. While not cheap, the prices were fair and I happily sent my instruments off by mail for repair. Palo Alto Speedometer called me when the parts arrived and re-confirmed the diagnosis and price. This Company Quoted me over $500 to fix the Speedometer in my Vehicle.They Told me it would take a week to complete and i had to drop off the car. I found another Speedometer Shop in San Jose who did the whole job for about $400.They Traveled to me and did everything at my place of work. I DO NOT reccommend Palo Alto Speedometer to anyone. Please go elsewhere or get ripped off!
