I've had 2 surgeries at PA O & M. When I say Dr. Hoghooghi knows his stuff, I mean it. I had seen 3 others who could not diagnose what I had and he knew immediately. Dr. Hoghooghi could not have been more helpful in my time of great need (and pain), making sure I got in for my surgeries right away. He is very matter of fact, which I aprreciated, yet also gives a smile here and there :) The front desk was very helpful too. I will always go to Dr. Hoghooghi if needed. I trust him 100%!
Dr Hoghooghi is amazing! I had a complex surgery and it went very well. But the billing department is dishonest. The clinic overcharged me 2800$ for the procedure, later the insurance claim on my insurance portal clearly states that I did not owe anything to the clinic for the procedure. I would suggest not paying anything upfront to this clinic without talking to your insurance first.
Gave them a call, they picked up, asked if I could go on hold, then proceeded to leave me on the line for more than 30 minutes. I hung up. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Out of principle, do not use their services. They do not respect your time, at least not enough to speak with you momentarily over the phone. Didn’t think a company in this day and age would treat their customers like this.
Dr Hoghooghi is amazing! Our 14 year old son had a complex oral surgery, but from the first consultation, we knew Dr. Hoghooghi was taking additional steps to maximize the results and minimize the pain and trauma of the procedures. Dr H and staff also were very comforting and supportive, reducing our son's fears before the procedure. Dr. Hoghooghi is one of the best dentists I have known. I had three implants with him before and all are successful. His skill is exceptional and his explanation is always clear and comforting. I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Hoghooghi!
