Dr. Ngo has been the best eye doctor I’ve been to. He’s honest and knowledgeable . I am always looking for the most reliable, compassionate and through doctors. He definitely has been my go to doctor for many years.
Disappointing experience. I am only visiting from Europe. Received no information on appointment policies. Requested reschedule due to my child's emergency, but faced a no-show invoice and silence. Despite calling for a rescheduling proposal, no response was given, yet a late fee was charged. After requesting reconsideration, the late fee was at least cancelled. However, still fully not convinced of the process.

Never had a Doctor take the time to explain everything to me , plus the staff was amazing. I would never go to another eye Doctor agsin I will stay with them.. I think there the best around .
