PLEASE get rid of your AI assistant. It is the most aggravating one I’ve ever interacted with. It gets all the asks wrong, is not sensitive. I’d rather deal with a cascading phone tree. By the time I get through the AI assistant - 20 minutes later and multiple incorrect transfers - I’m pretty angry by the time I finally speak to someone.
The OBGYN practice is fantastic. Dr. Kirstin Woo is terrific - empathetic, great at explaining complicated medicine clearly and helping ease my worries as a first time (and now second time) mom. Couldn’t recommend the practice more highly!
The doctors are great, but otherwise I would never recommend PAMF. The scheduling system is a nightmare, and I’ve gotten a call that my appt is cancelled with no suitable alternative every single week for my last month of pregnancy. It’s beyond frustrating in addition to not receiving attentive care.
