I've loved everything about my Palo Alto Fit experience! Nina is the owner and she's a great warm face to help you get started at the beginning of your journey. She connected me with two great trainers, John and Loni, who have helped me lose 40 pounds in six months while also adding a lot of muscle. I feel so much better, and I couldn't be happier!
