I was in there for surgery on 04/02/2025. I have never been treated and cared for anyplace else in my life like I was there. They were tentative and on the ball 24 hours a day. They had a great bedside manner and truly genuine. Mostly Kris in building 100, 3rd floor in the OSS unit. She was great.
Mistook me as a heathen and sent me to county jail. Patient advocacy unreachable as well as the administrator on duty. Arrested for public intoxication while attempting to seek help for substance use disorder and sent to county jail. Called for hours attempting to resolve. No reasonable answer.
Arrived seeking treatment for substance use disorder and was promptly placed in handcuffs and driven to county jail for public intoxication. Not the safest bet for anyone in an emergency situation. Didn't appreciate being called a punk by the police sergeant.
The worst experience of my life. What a Joke These people are drunk on power trips. Do NOT think you will get well here.I had to fight to leave.
