I was in the middle of getting TMS for a sexual trauma that happened to me at night, while on deployment. On my 2nd day at the facility an inappropriate incident happened to me at night, at the Defender's Lodge. It triggered my MST and cause me to have a trauma response. I reported the incident to multiple people and asked to be moved out of the Defender's Lodge where the incident had happened. I deserved that mercy. But how did they respond? As a Vietnam Female Veteran and Christian. And a former employee. I have to say this is a very frustrating place to get care from. If it isn't one thing it's another. They have me jumping through hoops to just getting a Toliet Riser. And I am a elderly female with a documented knee and leg injury. The new Nurse Dr Matthew Stevenson just got. Had the audacity to change my Consult that was previously approved by him, to I would have to seek further review from Occupational Therapy??? I stsyed there for 2 months . Best thing I did was the picc line. So I did not need to get pocked every am. The nurses were fantastic. Dennis santos the picc line guy was awesome very professional and no pain. Thank you den. I lost my phone their and I could not buy a new one. Staff is not allowed to buy you anything.i would consider staying their again..

I only had one issue with one nurse and the Doctor listened and helped me find a nurse who treated me right. Professional Doctors
