I've been to this lab many times over the last 10 years and while it is often busy it is professional and efficient and moves quickly
A couple of weeks ago I made an appointment for Saturday. I went in and they had to input my doctor‘s requests as she is not a Pamf doctor. I usually do this at Stanford and it works very well. At Pamf it took the person to input the labs over 35 minutes. They were able to serve 25 people before me. I waited in an empty waiting room with the lab technicians walking around aimlessly. Competent staff gets the job done.
I was asked to do a 24 hr urine test. When I went to return it after doing this test at home. they told me to wait to see if the container was the right now. I was waiting for them to call me.. they did not. Then went to check with them again and then the attendant said she will ask some one.. After a 40 minute wait, they told me that the container is out of stock and will call me? They do not know what container goes for what test?
