Competent staff gets the job done.
I was asked to do a 24 hr urine test. When I went to return it after doing this test at home. they told me to wait to see if the container was the right now. I was waiting for them to call me.. they did not. Then went to check with them again and then the attendant said she will ask some one.. After a 40 minute wait, they told me that the container is out of stock and will call me? They do not know what container goes for what test? Completely together lab. I will always come here. Great staff & Phlebotomy staff. I'm so impressed. Best to come 1 hr into day if you come Saturdays. The staff is fast & efficient, though.
This is the worst lab service I have ever met! I am pregnant (35+ years old) and got my blood samples dropped (9-10 tubes of blood in total) at the lab for the NIPT DNA test, then 10 days after the test, the lab just called me and told me they lost my patient information and due to this the NIPT institute can not run the blood samples to get the results.
