Very unprofessional. I think this is a Mom trying to run a business from her home - which I'd support if it were well done. But it's not. I said I needed a bartender for an event for 20 people. Could only get a bartender if we had them cater the food too, which is pretty typical. First quote was for drop off appetizers for 20 people, as requested, for ~$1,000. Food arrived on time, staff was easy to work with and the presentation of the food was easy to set out buffet style. The only complaint was the diced potatoes were overcooked.
Very nice, professional staff helped with every need. We had an entirely successful event. Thank you so much for your help and expertise!
