I have been taking my BMW to Palo Alto bimmer for the last ten years (basically ever since the factory 4 yr warranty expired). Mike and his team are great. Even though they are crazy busy (just look at the number of cars on their lot any given day) they are always good about assessing the problem and helping me find the BEST solution (not just the easiest or most profitable for them).
