I have been taking my BMW to Palo Alto bimmer for the last ten years (basically ever since the factory 4 yr warranty expired). Mike and his team are great. The best have taken my 328I to them for the past 5 years, They are so trustworthy and honest in their work and estimates that I hardly worry about getting and estimate. Whatever needs to be taken care of they take care of in an excellent manner at a fair price
These guys are fabulous with older BMW's. It doesn't take long to determine if a shop is going to rip you off or truly fix the problem and make you a happy customer. Palo Alto Bimmer wants to keep you as a satified customer for life and they have with me.
very poor knowledge of BMW repair – I am not a mechanic and I have taken my BMW to PALO ALTO BIMMER for approximately 3 years for service. I asked for air conditioning to be fixed, after one month it no longer produced cool air. I asked for the heater to be fixed, after one month it no longer produced hot air. I asked for the automatic door locks to be fixed, before I could be the doors 20 feet away from the car and, now I have to be two feet away or else the doors won't unlock.
