I’m writing this for your own good. First, you are really expensive. Second, there is a lack of professionalism, you are not taking the necessary steps to keep the customer satisfied. Third, your workplace is very disorganized, messy, and unplanned. Finally, you should deliver exactly what the customer wants in the fastest and best possible way.

I strongly advise against bringing your vehicle here. I came in for a simple engine inspection, but the owner was dishonest and inconsistent, constantly changing the diagnosis and raise repair cost to a ridiculous amount. The situation escalated when he became rude and effectively held my keys hostage, demanding more money just to give my keys back.
