Stay clear of the notorious Palo Alto Advanced Dentists office. I wish that I would've read the reviews in Yelp before I chose them. Late Feb. 2025, in my first appointment to this office, I was received by the front desk receptionist Eric and then Maggie for regular cleaning. Of course, X-rays was performed as usual. Brian was my doctor and he suggested a deep cleaning for me and Maggie got Eric to have me sign a consent form to pay $140 for the service. After cleaning, the doctor recommended two cavity fillings. Worst Dentist ever. Have gone here for a year or so and they butchered my mouth. Bad bedside manner. A dentist that harasses his staff and berates them.
I did experience emergency severe pain and serious infections for tooth swelling very quickly Dr. Sara immediately to examine and treat with care for me as well as good explained to me.
Today's experience of having two deep teeth extracted by Dr. Pedro Avendano and Maggie was outstanding. The entire procedure was remarkable, involving virtually no pain. Dr. Avendano is an exceptionally skilled and gentle dentist, deserving of the highest praise. A+++++ to him!!!
I just visited Palo Alto Advanced Dentists for a deep cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Brian and Maggie were incredibly professional, kind, and gentle. I was nervous about the deep cleaning due to my sensitive teeth and poor dental condition, but they made me feel completely at ease. The entire process went smoothly, and I’m so grateful for their care and expertise. Thank you so much—I truly appreciate all your help!
