Tried the lunch buffet at Palnadu Ruchulu. The food was decent, but most of the dishes were cold and only the rice was warm. I was expecting more flavor and freshness. Overall, it was okay, but the buffet could be much better if the food was served hot.

Had to give 1 star coz I couldn't give 0. Highly disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service here. I ordered a takeout biryani around 4:40 PM yesterday, and by the time I got home, the food was completely spoiled. Their phone lines weren't working yesterday, so I resorted to sending proof/photos of the food via Instagram. First time visiting this place, a simple ambiance that felt the restaurant was more inclined on Togo orders. The menu cards were dirty, with dried up curry spills all over. We did order the Gongura chicken which was nice and had good amount of spice in it. The garlic naan was pretty good to accompany with. The pulav was good but it did not have any saalan or raita. Overall the food was good.

We've been here twice now, and it’s got a great vibe with plenty of seating. The first thing you'll face is the massive menu - so many options! I'd definitely recommend trying their Palandu specials, especially the Palanadu Biryanis and Pulavs. Surprisingly, we really enjoyed the tiffins here, and the chutney was absolutely amazing - it's hands down the best chutney in the Bay Area! We went for buffet lunch on Saturday, the ambience was ok. The menu items is better than many other restaurants but the quality is not great. The starters were good especially the fish and chicken 65. The Biriyani was below average and I could the raw masala still in the rice, and tasted raw and unsalted. The coconut sweet was stale and spoiled.
