‼️SCAM‼️Refused to give me my deposit and kept dragging out so that I’d have to pay them again. Kept useing her mother’s health/death as an excuse as to why she couldn’t do her job. And hung up on me. Unprofessional and rude. A scam even.

The co -owner Sherr Emerson (Cheryl Emerson) is writing a review for her own business. A 5 star review ...wow! The adopted son Terry Emerson wrote a 5 star review as well. Really sad! It's very misleading and dishonest. I would beware consumers.
Overpriced storage units have had a storage unit here for 6 or so years can barely get anyone during business hours and I always pay in cash but they are never there, then I get charged a late fee because they aren't around (very convenient that they are never around when the bills are due) don't waste your time and your money go elsewhere
It should be against Google policy standards to write a review as an owner. The co-owner Sherr Emerson a 5 star review is misleading to a consumer. As well as the son of the owners Terry Emerson doing the same. Conflict of interest...
