American family values?? Honest hardworking small business???? NOPE!!!!! Bait and switch and completely lied to. We were excited and relived to move here after being gouged by unethical corporate giant public storage. We were assured before moving our things that they were an honest family business that did what was right with their pricing model. We were told they raise rates MAYBE yearly. A very pleasant and efficient process to rent a storage unit. I need a storage unit fast and Palmyra had exactly what I was looking for and the price was great. I was all set in 10 minutes.
Michelle is amazing at the Palmyra Storage..she explained everything so that I clearly understood..and i didn't even have to look for a lock to put on my door!!! I really liked that and the pricing was just in my budget..I look forward to filling it up and organizing my house...thank you Michelle
