I was told the day before movein they do not own a certificate of occupancy from the state! Scammed out of my application fee. I will be filing a fraud report
Bug & drug infested. No security, homeless sleep in laundry rooms. Needles and garbage. Management and maintenance are almost nonexistent. Unsafe for women. Hot water heater, stove, carpet, paint, everything in my apt. has been here since 2005 with no upgrades or even up keep. Now they want to charge for water and garbage.
I went a few weeks ago on tour, the program by phone was nice and also the guy who attended me showed me the property
I recently moved into my apartment, and so far, my experience has been great thanks to Ben! The move-in process was smooth, and I’m very happy with my new home. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m really looking forward to settling in and making this place my home. So far, I’m very pleased with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new apartment!
