Real person review here and screenshot provided. Ghosted me after setting up a tour and showing up to it. Did not get to see the apartment because, obviously, no one was there to let me in. The apartments must be so bad that they want you to just apply without looking at it because she insisted on me applying first. I wouldn’t give my hard earned money to a business that operates like this.

It's a nice place to live if you are single and live a minimalistic life style. The building is maintained pretty well, and has two sets of modern washer and dryer in the lower floor for each buidling. It is located area is safe and has a lot to offer if you are an active person. You have a park right next door, a fire department/EMC dispatch across the street, and a train stop that can take you to the major transport hubs.
