It's a nice place to live if you are single and live a minimalistic life style. The building is maintained pretty well, and has two sets of modern washer and dryer in the lower floor for each buidling. It is located area is safe and has a lot to offer if you are an active person. You have a park right next door, a fire department/EMC dispatch across the street, and a train stop that can take you to the major transport hubs. These fake landlords just collect your rent. They don't do background checks or criminal checks. They don't fix anything. They left my apt without electricity and I have a young child. My apt has failed for inspection over 5x. They don't care. They don't have maintenance that know how to fix anything and they do not care about their tenants.
