I'm so glad I brought my toddler here. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They made a potentially stressful situation feel calm and reassuring. Truly one of the best hospital experiences I've ever had
Took my daughter in and the ER staff was friendly and amazing 🙌🏾
This is the second time I’ve used this pediatric ER for my son and the second time they failed miserably. The only doctor who saw him was a first year (just left med school) resident who sent him home two days in a row after confirming my boy had pneumonia. I had to take him to St. Mary’s grunting with retractions (early signs of respiratory failure) in order to get the appropriate care. Don’t waste your time going here
