I recently had a hip replacement at Palms Wellington and i have to say it was an excellent experience. Everyone was so professional, nice and polite and the facility itself was very nice. I have no complaints and from my surgeon, Dr. Gavin Hart to the anesthesiologist, Dr. Wayne, Surgical nurse Elissa, the surgical assistant Max, Bailey who put in my IVS, my check in nurse, Michelle to my recovery nurse, Emily, Everyone was Phenomenal. I see mixed reviews, but my experience was beyond great. From the time I walked in the door until discharge, everyone on staff was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Dr Hart and his team provided me every bit of support and answered all my questions leading to my hip replacement. They were extremely thorough and made sure all steps were taken for my care. They caused a huge bruise on my hand because they did not know how to do a IV, I received a call from the head nurse she was very nice and kind and she said she would speak to the nurses that were on staff that morning

After surgery they will call 911 to send you to the hospital so now you’ll have a surgical bill, ambulance bill, emergency room bill, and hospital overnight bills when you’re admitted. Meanwhile you don’t need an emergency room.
