Absolutely Beautiful, Friendly, well Organized , Loaded with Amenities
Great park! we love it here! Clean, well kept, beautiful pools/spas, lots to do within, super nice employees, very friendly guests.Sites are gravel but all have huge concrete patios. Two large grassy, yes grassy dog parks which are very well kept also. Been here several times and are always happy.

Very clean,modern RV resort. Many amenities. This place is very well kept,with a lot of daily activities. We didn't realize what a "Mecca" ,Yuma is for snowbirds. We came for 2 months, we would have extended our stay,but availability was uncertain.
Cleanest RV park in the area. Beautiful amenities, and gated. Very nice, if a bit pricey!
This is the best RV park we have been to during our four years of full timing. It's not just the fact that it's in Yuma AZ. (Which has the best winter weather.) It's also not just that they have the nicest facilities, which they do. It's really about the people. Both the staff and the residents have been great! 🤠
First impression is, this is going to be nicest winter ever.
